When it comes to bright sunsets, and houses painted in white, overlooking the blue sea, the first thing that immediately springs to mind is Santorini in Greece. This is a good time to visit this famous site since it is before the onset of summer and still not yet in the tourist busiest time. It’s hot with average daily temperatures ranging from 26 to 27 degrees Celsius (80F) to go to ancient ruins, sunbathe on black volcanic sand, and taste delicious Mediterranean food.

  • Climb up to Oia for dinner at sunset, or enjoy a view of the caldera.
  • Walks through crystal clear waters of Red Beach and Perissa Beach.
  • Take the time to see the picturesque area of Pyrgos to discover more about the Greek people’s lifestyle.

3. Amalfi Coast, Italy

When the future Mrs. Schepperson thinks of the Amalfi Coast, she sees Italy's beautiful cliffs, vibrant little towns, and the blue sea. This area of coastline is one of the best visited during June because the weather is warm, though the hordes of summer visitors have not yet thronged the area. Among them, Positano is famous for its beautiful landscapes, Amalfi is well-known as a place with historic sightseeing and Ravello is famous for a person’s level of serving great cuisine.
